Just want to share my experience with this Branch, Ms. Kristan Asst. Branch Manager Thank you ..Thank you so much !!! for taking care of my request so promptly and understand my concern. I was out of town and something urgent came up relating to Bank service, without any hesitation Ms. Kristan took responsibility of my request and even called me to confirmed all was taken care of. Excellent BMO Branch with very good staff !
Everyone writing about having their car towed didn't pass the grade 10 literacy test. There are clearly marked and visible signs stating that if you park your car in the plaza and leave it there it can and will be towed, This is because of the new hospital going up across the street and people trying to avoid parking fees, being from around the corner I see cars towed on the regular because people choose to ignore the signs posted all over the lot, if you can't spend 10$ to visit your sick relatives and park in the garage then you're just cheap, the fees pay for the hospital which may have just saved your friend or family members life. You're also taking away potential business from the stores in the plaza due to there being no parking spaces.
All in all the bank is wonderful, if you can't read the signs and have your car towed, or if you can read and choose to ignore it then the 300$ towing fine is deserved by you.
