We had excellent service from Olek. He went well above and beyond to show the various plans and deals. He stayed overtime to assure we had contacts moved over and plans changed. We were very pleased with his patience and understanding.

I was helped with getting a new plan by Olek ! Went about and beyond to help me with a new phone while also insuring I got the best plan. Walked me through everything while also making sure I understood it all. Such amazing customer service! I would highly recommend.

Miguel was very friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was set up before I left and even stayed past his shift. He identified the right products/services for me and answered any questions I had. I was happy with the service here. The promos were good too!

Had a wonderful experience at this location last night. After waiting for 20 mins in the Rogers store without anyone even saying a hello I went over to WOW mobile and Miguel helped me right away. He was wonderful to work with. He found a much better plan for me saving me over $30 a month and gave me lots of incentives. Not only did he set my new phone up for me he also transferred all my contacts and photos to my new phone. Miguel was friendly and gave amazing service. I highly recommend this location and Miguel.
