The other employment centre in the city (which shall not by named) never bothered to get back to me, so I was already singing high praises when this one called to book an appointment.

There was a small hiccup as the agent assigned to me was given the wrong number, causing me to miss (for lack of a better word) my appointment. But that issue was quickly resolved and everyone involved was apologetic.

My intake appointment was rescheduled for the following week, and I have since had an additional appointment. My employment coach Tyler is great, and so is whoever I spoke to on the main phone line (I can’t remember your name, I apologize). We obviously haven’t found me employment just yet, but I’m confident we will, and there’s tons of great benefits working through this centre.

I moved to this area and I semi retired in December but changed my mind in March.
I did not want to go back to my previous line of work and didn’t know what I wanted to do next
I visited YMCA on Lundy’s Lane Niagara Falls and had the pleasure of meeting Curtis Gadula as my coach. His positive enthusiastic approach help me realize what I could do
I’m trying different job options. Maybe changing jobs again too
