The tow truck driver, Chris, was wonderful. He took the time to size up the situation before even attempting to hook the car up. Very personable and a good sense of humour to help with the situation. Would definitely call them again. Just wish the lady answering the phone would actually listen to me when I told her about the car and it’s location.

Andre Lemieux met me in parking lot, I had a blow out he was prompt, professional and very polite. Id recommend him in particular and your company to others. Very nice young man

Once again Joe came to the rescue, even though it turns out my staff had actually taken it upon themselves to rescue one of our trucks. Joe went there himself to sort out the confusion, and even sent me a quick video message confirming the vehicle had been removed, so I could stop worrying. Pretty good considering it was a non-call, and he refused to bill me. Turned out to be a pretty good day. Thanks Joe !
