I needed appliance assistance urgently! (when you need it, you need it)
I had heard of Appliance Answers being recommended in local Facebook groups, so I decided to call.
My initial call was answered by Voicemail system asking I leave the pertinent details. I Had a call back later in the day, and after a brief discussion of the issue I was offered a ballpark quote and two dates he could come to see me. I choose the earlier date.
Chris, Appliance Answers, arrived in the time window he said he would, be had a brief discussion of the issue, he looked at the machine and methodically opened the washer up, and described the issues he was presented with, many of which were beyond my initial description. He continued his exam, and then made several adjustments, and said, yes, I can fix this.
He continued his adjustments (reconnecting things, checking others). He was here 15 minutes, maybe 20 when He said done.
Told me the cost of the service, which was less than the sight unseen quote. I tested the machine and it works well. It does not leak, shake rattle or roll.

Highly recommended, Appliance Answers knows his business and performs it like a true mechanic.
