While the below situation was quite frustrating, I'd like to say that the Store Manager Kathy contacted me immediately to rectify the situation. She went above and beyond to ensure that they did everything possible to make things right. I am very impressed. I would consider going back.

TERRIBLE! I would give 0/5 if possible.
I was quoted (in an email) a job of printing $0.40 per page for ~65 pages (which would be ~$25) and then was charged over $60. When I asked to explain the charge, Vicky told me that it was my fault and she tried to warn me that their prices were outrageous. When I mentioned they should give a total in their quote next time so this doesn't happen to someone else - she said "You should have asked, that's on you"
