I can't seem to email as I need things explained in detail. I have called a couple times which has helped but I keep searching and getting more questions. Is there a legit email I can contact someone on? The contact me section on your Web page keeps giving me an error. Thanks

I contacted them through email directly after looking them up before I came to Canada and the response I had received was nothing short of professional, quick and helpful. I spoke with Miles who was happy to assist me in achieving my goal which was to immigrate to Canada. After a quick interview to determine my eligibility, I was explained the process, fee structure and we got the ball rolling. Canadian Shield Immigration were recommended to us by a mutual friend and we had our initial consultation with Miles in December 2017, whilst my parents were visiting. The meeting was very insightful; Miles provided a very detailed run down of the different options available to us, provided us with approximate timelines and although optimistic never left us with any unrealistic expectations, either for a quicker processing time or the final outcome.

Both myself and my partner have very busy, involved work lives and made the decision to contract Canadian Shield Immigration to complete all our paperwork on our behalf. It took us around four weeks to compile all the information that Miles required, another couple of weeks for Miles to complete the forms and then just one final meeting for us to check and sign the documents.

Throughout the whole process Miles made himself readily available to us, answered any questions we had and ensured that we were notified as soon as he received any communication from IRCC.

We are still awaiting a final decision from IRCC, however regardless of their decision I would happily recommend Canadian Shield Immigration, and Miles, to anyone who needs a little assistance with their visa/work permit applications.
