I recently used the services of Key Properties Niagara to tear out a jetted tub and install a shower in a rental unit. There were a few complications through out the process, but Dan and his employees/trades people kept me informed about all developments and changes as they came. I really had a nice experience dealing with their manager Tiffany and the proprietor Dan ( Daniel Benner). I relocated from GTA and I was initially skeptical about finding a nice accommodation as I did not have time to make multiple trips . I was not sure if I will be able to trust the information landlord provides me .I am lucky that I got in touch with the Key properties . They were very cooperative in setting up the viewing and answered all my queries quite honestly at the time of viewing and even afterwards. They have been quite fair in their dealing and are quite swift in fixing any maintenance issues that come across . Being a new Fort Erie resident , I have felt well supported by them in many other ways . Dan and his family have become my friends rather than just being my Landlords. I highly recommend availing their services to anyone looking for a new accommodation !
