(July 13, 2019, 3:22 pm)We had Sam do our roof last fall. First off he is an extremely nice and hard working guy. Very easy to talk to and deal with. He helped us pick out the shingle colour that would match our siding and bricks. He was able to finish our roof in the promised timeline and left no mess at all. I would easily recommend him to anybody that needs to get their roof done.
(May 22, 2019, 3:32 pm)Sam was very meticulous when he shingled our roof in 2017. He took the time to help us select the right colour to match the brick on our house. I like that he worked on one section at a time so that if it rained the other parts of the roof were still protected with the old shingles. Sam is friendly and hard working guy who makes sure you are happy with the finished product. He is also reasonably priced and uses good quality materials.
(May 11, 2019, 7:04 pm)We had Sam do our roof last year and he did a great job. Very clean/dedicated/hard worker. When he says he’s going to be there he shows up.We had the opportunity to watch him do a few in the neighbourhood before doing ours. He did a great job and his pricing was more than fair. I see him back in the neighbourhood this year doing another one.
Most of the homes we have seen him do are between 2500 and 3500 ft.²
