Everyone was super fast and efficient every time I called! They answer phone calls quickly without putting you on hold forever. Every time I called with travel questions regarding my trip I was given help right away. I recommend if you’ve never booked an all inclusive trip before and want an agency with helpful staff to assist in your booking.

Awesome customer service. I have booked four trips with them in the 2-1/2 years that I have lived in Fort Erie and anticipate using them many more times.

We booked with Mary out of the Fort Erie office and she spent a heck of a lot of time with us, skipping her lunch to make sure we booked exactly what we wanted. We will use Glenny for all our future vacations!

I called Glenny travel on December 31st 2017 approximately 5 minutes before they were about to close and the man on the phone spent a good amount of time with me to patiently find out what I was looking for and to try to find a vacation that suited my needs and budget

Once we were on the same page he felt it best that I should go a certain direction and it ended up working out for the best
