Low cost yet effective solutions have always been the outcomes of my visits to the shop. And when I cannot get there is person Trent is quick with a call to problem solve with me. Finally technology problems make me nervous and Trent's calm manner brings down my stress level so that I can take a learning role in the problem solving process. Thanks again!
