Sam does great work. I am thrilled with what he did today-fixed a tap, installed a door sweep and put up a towel rod. He also fixed a wobbly screen door that no one else seemed to be able to fix. Next week he is returning to do some painting. I am happy to have found such a talented, knowledgeable person to help with house repairs.

Was Selling my home needed a small job fixed in a hurry. Sam came over the same day to recess the job and gave me a quote. He set a time to fix it the next day and was Prompt. He took care of the job the next day and made we were happy with the work. He insisted if anything that we seen was out of place in any way that he'll be back to do anything we need, like we really would have needed it. The man is amazing thanks a lot Sam you made our day.

Sam was bloody fantastic. We have a condo in Burlington that needed some repair and cleaning around the windows from water damage. It was pretty extensive. He gave a quote and precise time to arrive. He came on time and did what he said he was going to do. Furthermore, he sent me tons of photos as I am not local. The work was excellent. Our tenant was pleased with him being in his living space. All conversations were detailed, honest and professional. HOW REFRESHING!

We had Sam in to repair a water damaged wall. He was fantastic. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would in the time frame he said he would and the result was everything we hoped for.
