Dr. Joe & Associates

Dr. Joe and his team have consistently gone above and beyond "regular dental care" for me and my family. They truly care about the whole person and not just the “teeth”. I am forever indebted to Carey as she was the only person to help my husband get a sleep apnea diagnosis. After noticing some symptoms during one of his cleanings, she took the time to ask questions and helped him to understand how serious the disorder is and how it impacts his overall health. He ended up being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and some other medical conditions that were beginning due to the sleep apnea. He is now being treated and while I’m (selfishly) thankful for my more restful sleeps, I fully believe she’s saved his life. Empathy, compassion, and genuine caring are what I get from Dr. Joe and his team. How many people can say that about their dentist?!

Hi. I've been seeing Dr. Joe and his fantastic staff for a few months now and can't tell you how happy I am with his office. Dr. Joe and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They really make you feel comfortable as I've had bad experiences with other dentists in the past. Steph C has cleaned my teeth twice now and AWESOME. She's gentle and thorough.

Ive been going there for almost a year and I love the whole dental team. Dr joe is definitely my favourite dentist he does a fantastic job and has only your best interest in everything he does . He is affordable and his team treats you like family . highly recommended????

The entire team at Dr. Joe & Associates did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him and his team. To be honest, it was my first and only, positive experience at the dentist. Coming from outside of Canada and as an immigrant, I have experienced dentistry the way most people associate it, painful and careless. At Dr. Joe and Associates, it was painless and careful. The first thing I noticed was the music in the background and how lovely everyone greeted me and made me feel comfortable at the front desk. I had a cleaning scheduled with Carey and it was a fantastic experience. What really makes Carey a phenomenal hygienist is that she is such a good teacher. She showed me how to improve my homecare and educated me on tips and tricks to improve my oral hygiene. Using a disclosing liquid she showed me where I was missing in my brushing sequence even!
Following up, I had my appointment with Dr. Joe. I had quite a bit of dental work to be done, including a root canal. Dr. Joe was very cautious and ensured the entire time that I felt no pain and the freezing was always active. He took his time to carefully ensure the root canal was done properly and I was in the chair for several hours getting all the work done. Dr. Joe was patient and made me feel comfortable in the chair the entire time.
If there was one thing though, that really made my experience at Dr. Joe & Associates truly unique, it was their ability to inspire me. Inspire me to take action and improve my homecare immediately after leaving that office, they really are a motivational office. As the old expression goes, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure, and in the words of Carey, no dentistry is the best dentistry. Well, it’s been 3 weeks since my appointment, and I continue to feel motivated to brush with the Sonicare twice daily, tongue scrape twice daily, and of course, floss with the Plackers whenever I get the chance. My views on oral hygiene and oral health have been transformed. As someone who in the past has been careless with my oral hygiene, I now have turned over a new leaf and am already seeing results and feeling much better about my teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Joe & Associates to anyone looking for a superior experience at the dentist.
