Judy Methner is personable, caring and sensitive to the needs of her clients. She knows how to gently "push" but never sets unrealistic expectations. Her cartoon drawings of various exercises make remembering them so much easier [and fun]. Judy never intimidates with her vast knowledge, but wisely looks to the heart of issues, addressing root causes, correct form and alternate exercises to allow for previous injuries. The only time I've ever lost weight and increased muscle has been under Judy's instruction. She is patient and truly loves what she does--and she does it with excellence!
Fragile Egg Fitness is a place where you will feel at ease, but yet be challenged. Judy is very knowledgeable in nutrition, rehab, and personal training, able to guide you through appropriate exercises to improve your strength and mobility from injuries as well as just getting older. Judy patiently takes time with you to make sure you are doing the specifically designed exercises correctly, encouraging and not judging. She will teach you what you need to know to plan a healthier diet while understanding what your body is lacking. She is an awesome accountability partner and truly wants to help you to improve in all areas of your life. You will feel relaxed knowing that you are in very good hands! Best Personal Trainer Ever! After years with expensive personal trainers, I have found Judy’s cheerful and fun nature makes training actually enjoyable while still challenging me to reach my full potential.
I had pain associated with squats, presses and deadlifts due to a previous back injury. Judy immediately observed my form was lacking and other details previous trainers hadn’t noticed. My technique has since improved with her corrections and practical suggestions.
I appreciate the detailed and relatable cues that I easily remember and put into practice. Her encouragement and gentle push – testing my limits without intimidation – have been so refreshing.
