While he was here, he found and corrected some crossed wiring in the garage door light (not what he came to repair). Frank answered the phone on the first call. Was good to deal with and had his crew come the same day to replace my garage door spring. His installers were great, they were quick and did a thorough job. I will definitely use them for all my garage doors needs.

While it's still fresh on my mind I thought I should offer this review. I had an issue with my garage door opener today. Frank was very prompt in returning my call and was able to offer his service same day. He and his partner arrived earlier than scheduled but he was kind enough to call ahead to make sure it was ok. Both were very courteous. He immediately assessed the issue and attributed it most likely to the 5 hour power outage the night before. Thankfully, in the end, it just needed to be re-programmed. He also noticed that the door tension was a bit weak so he made a quick adjustment. I very much appreciated his honesty as he didn't try to up sell or make up any further 'problems' and there was no up front service call fee which says a lot with any type of service repair company. He told me that the unit was otherwise in great shape and still had many years left. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Frank and Garage Doorman again for any garage door needs.
