Grimsby Apartments - CLV Group

This is my first time living on my own, and my experience with the CVL Group has been amazing!

Shannon Jackson is such a pleasure to deal with. I probably asked her 100 questions and she was always so patient and quick to respond.

The building is super nice. Newly renovated and super clean. I rent a studio and its bigger than I thought it would be!

All in all, it's such a nice place to call home.

Moved into a newly renovated two bedroom apartment at the beginning of April. From the application process with Shannon, to the day we moved in, it was a great experience. Since moving in, we have had a few minor issues and Jonathan has been a pleasure dealing with. He has always been prompt and respectful to address any issues. During this pandemic, Libby has gone above and beyond to ensure the building has been kept clean and sanitized. With these two maintaining the building, it is a wonderful place to live!

It’s been a year now that I moved in at 3 Slessor Blvd. I must say that it’s been a great place to call home.
Most tenants are polite, friendly and courteous to one another.
Most important of all has been your staff. Libby does an amazing job keeping the building clean and sanitary. I see her at all hours of the day and night taking care of tenants needs and dealing with any emergency in a calm ,respectful,and professional manner. Since the onset of the pandemic her efforts have exceeded what was required. Just an amazing lady.
Johnathon was a great addition to your staff. Very knowledgeable and he repaired some issue with my toilet immediately. Hard working really cares that the tenants here are completely safe and comfortable.

I have to say that Libby keeps the building very clean and always speaks with kindness and helps with doors when my hands are full. Sometimes she works so hard especially through the covid she was tired I could see it on her face.

The elevators are very clean inside and so are our level floors in front of the elevators on every floor. There are some.pretty disgusting people that don't clean up the or messes in the elevators. From dog urine to spilled cups of coffee or pop or food being dropped. Her job is very demanding sometimes. Keep doing a great job Libby we appreciate all you do.

Johnathan has fixed our tub and ceiling light fixture in our unit. As well as our sink in the kitchen. He is friendly and hard working. He knows what he is doing job wise very knowledgeable. Nice to see Libby and Jonathan work together to clean up the garbage in the back when the wind blows it around.

They care about the property we live on and in.

I just love my new home here! The whole process with Shannon Jackson was amazing from viewing to signing. The unit is freshly renovated with all new appliances and even a dishwasher! Service has been responsive and quick. Quiet building - even on weekends! Great location - so close to shops and the picturesque Downtown Grimsby - I’m so happy to call Grimsby home!
