  Can’t say enough amazing things about Grimsby Ford. Rob and Cherie made purchsasing my first car a seamless and exciting experience. They consistently went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend!

  This is my first time at this location and Right now I'm giving this dealer a 2 star.
  I came here looking to get a recall fixed on my car and the Service Advisor Mr.Lusk "said" he could take my car no earlier than Tuesday the following week.
  Later that day I found out I wasn't working the following day so I called Grimsby Ford to see if I could move my appointment to my day off.
  Not only did Mr. Lusk NOT enter any information or book my appointment they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about.
  The second Service Advisor I got booked me in the next day (apparently I didn't have to wait a week after all) and if I didn't call to move the appointment I'd of taken a full day off work the following week just for them to say I never had an appointment because I was screwed over by a guy not taking my info and entering it into the computer after he said he did.
  This is the closest Ford Dealer to me.
  I'll update this as I continue to experience this place, perhaps it was a one off.
  But for now my warning flags are up.
  ***Edit Update**
  Everything went well with my service. They explained to me what happened and why things when they way they did.
  The work was done in a very timely manner and they were more than accommodating to me.
  I have updated my rating and so far, I would recommend this dealership.

  An impromptu drive into Grimsby took my wife and I to the Grimsby Ford Dealership. We weren't looking to purchase a vehicle that day, just looking at our options to see what was out there. We were warmly greeted and immediately introduced to Justin. He listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to find us a SUV that met all of our needs. Justin said that he had just the vehicle for us. We waited in the showroom while he brought the SUV into the heated garage. This was very much appreciated seeing that the temperature that day had dipped to -20 degrees. We were shown the 2018 Ford Explorer and completely fell in love! It had enough cargo space and the luxury feel of the vehicle was more than we expected. Without hesitation, Justin stayed beyond closing hours to provide us with all of the details of the SUV along with an impressive discount that we just couldn’t pass up! We were very pleased with the deal offered to us, and we signed that day. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Justin took almost 2 hours out of his day to show us all of the features that came with our new SUV. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience and proficiency. My family and I couldn't be happier with this purchase and we can't wait for all the new adventures we'll have with this new ride. Thank you to everyone at the Grimsby Ford Dealership and a special shout out to Cherie, the Finance Manager. Cherie is a true gem to your dealership, she made our experience seamless and enjoyable. Dealing with her was the icing on the cake, definitely earned points for great customer service! The drive from Milton was well worth it!! I will be recommending Grimsby Ford to all of my family and friends.
