Great people..great place.

Location has pretty much everything for alternative wellness. Therapy, massage, osteopath to name a few. They also give back to the local community. They have adopted a family of 5 for Christmas. Parking is severely restricted.

First saw Dr Cruise maybe 25 yrs ago. After a few others, he was the first to encourage self help with few visits to him. Others could not help me, and encouraged weekly visits, indefinitely. I understand them wanting to make a living.
Over the next few years, I did see Dr Cruise for occasional help. Since then I've been able to control my problems with self stretching exercises he taught me.
However, last year, after not seeing dr Cruise for close to 20 years, I could not fix myself. I gave in and went to see him. Same good guy, that said he has learned a lot, and gave me alternate exercises. 2 visits was all it took. Now one year later, I had another spell. Did his exercises, and within a couple days, I feel great again.
Worth the drive to Grimsby to see this very special chiropractor. About an hour drive for me.
