(March 11, 2019, 3:00 pm)Inside this store are two awesome people. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I'm very impressed on the workmanship here. I lost a lot of hearing . The hearing aids that I had I could not hear. I kept going to to my other place with zero results. I switch to grimsby and withing two visits my hearing aids were programmed ablsolutely perfect . Great job. Will 100 percent recomend . A good audiologist can make a huge difference

(March 12, 2018, 6:06 pm)My initial visit with Listen Up Canada in Grimsby (with Brad Walker) on November 3, 2016 was great. Everyone was extremely friendly & quite helpful. When I went back there on March 20, 2017 regarding the National Campaign for Better Hearing promotion, Brad was quite knowledgeable on everything already & gave me excellent advice. When they called me this past week to set an appointment for this coming Monday, they were quick & efficient, wanting to accommodate my schedule, as well as theirs.
