Physio On Lake

When I first started going to Physio on Lake I had some lower back pain that nothing really seemed to help. After a few sessions It began feeling much better. I was not only able to gain knowledge about my own body but I also learned many different techniques that still continue to help me.

I went to Physio on Lake this past summer for a shoulder injury. The staff were very friendly and my therapist took the time to really understand my issues. After four sessions I felt much better and continued to use the exercises they taught me until I was fully recovered.

The staff at Physio on Lake are very professional and informative. They take their time to tell you what they’re doing and what’s happening with your body along with advice and tips. You never feel rushed, they make sure to take the time to listen, and you always leave feeling better.

Great spot! They were efficient and knew what they were talking about, they were able to pin point what was going on with my upper body, which I always thought it was a pec and bicep issue but after testing they determine it was my rotator cuff. With lots of rehab drills I could do at home and treatment they provided me while I was there , I saw significant increases in my strength and motion.
