I feel so lucky to have met Breanne when I was looking for help and advice regarding proper nutrition. She portrays a great deal of professionalism and I was really impressed with her general knowledge of nutrition, I never realized how little I knew about what I was eating. Not only would she give me recommendations but also explained the reasoning behind making certain changes in my diet. There wasn't one recipe she gave me that didn't turn out great, and everything was simple enough to make in my own kitchen! She helped me pick the right foods to eat for strength training as well as cutting some weight and it really didn't feel like a chore to cook these meals, I actually enjoyed it! Breanne is a fantastic holistic nutritionist and I think a trip to Grimsby to sit down with her would be beneficial to absolutely anyone.
