Cerroni Excavating & Waterproofing

Before it was recommended to us to call Cerroni, we had received quotes from several of Cerroni's competitors to have our foundation excavated and waterproofed on all four sides. These prices all ranged from several thousand dollars more to nearly double the price we were eventually quoted from Rob and his team. In addition to offering great value, Rob was knowledgeable, friendly and professional every step of the way. Beyond some weather related delays, the work was completed efficiently. In fact, Rob and his team repeatedly went above and beyond what was expected of them, all at no additional cost. He was quick to hear out our concerns and even make adjustments where necessary. The final price we paid was still the exact amount we were quoted. Would happily recommend Cerroni to anyone looking to have their foundation waterproofed.

Not gonna lie, Rob is sometimes difficult to reach by phone, but I suspect it's because he's so busy.

I hired him to excavate a pond and garden area (i.e. peel back the sod so I could import garden soil instead of the nasty clay that makes up most of my property), and I was very happy with the result.

Rob loves his job and you can tell. He takes pride in his work, and is very diligent about making sure that the customer is satisfied with the job before he leaves the site. That's important when someone has just dug 10 dump truck loads of dirt out of your yard!

He also has a direct, honest, no-BS approach that I appreciated a lot. You really do get a sense that the man is an honest contractor (somewhat rare these days!).

I'd recommend him, for sure, and will have him back for other excavating jobs in the future.

After getting a dozen quotes from different companies, I contacted Robb and he came quickly and his estimate to waterproof a few sides on my house was great. He also helped me with other parts of the job, including installing a few windows. He was fast and professional. Also was great with the kids and brought em up on the tractors. Also offered to come back after settling occurs and also to dig out a trench for my neighbour and I. I am 100% satisfied! Robb and his crew are awesome. Thanks!

We hired Rob Cerroni and his team to dig up a "sink hole" in our backyard which ended up being an old fuel tank decomposing. It may have been a smaller job but he was eager to help us regardless! Great service, they definitely take pride in their work! Also very friendly and knowledgeable.
