So happy I joined this summer! Great instructors and great classes. I feel very safe with the covid-friendly processes & class options available.

Such a wonderful place to practice! Jillian and Lorna have offered so many different classes, instructors and times of day to practice that there is always time to fit something in and it always feels fresh and energizing.

This is the best integrated health and yoga stop in Niagara! Jillian and Lorna and staff are so wonderful. Everyone is welcoming, kind, helpful and fun! They are well trained and creative in thier yoga and pilates. Thank you so much for creating such a great place for community.

I’ve been to many yoga studios in the 18 years I’ve been practicing yoga and this is by far the best! The space is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well laid-out. The instructors are highly skilled, kind and motivating. The community vibe is inspiring and welcoming. As a business, it has brought new life to Beamsville’s downtown. As a yoga studio, it has brought new energy to its many happy members! I highly recommend you check it out!
