I love Dogtown. I bring my Retriever Spaniel cross here for an annual full groom. They are just fantastic with their four-legged clients (even mine who is a VERY shy rescue). Very professional establishment and a high level of skill. He looks perfect. I won't take my dog anywhere else.

I’ve taken my dog in 3 or 4 times now and everyone has been great. They are quick to help book times, they are friendly, reasonably priced and do a great job! My only recommendation is that you book well in advance, as they usually need a few weeks’ lead time since they are busy!

Colleen is a meticulous, kind, professional business owner and groomer with the biggest heart and so much love for every furry friend who comes through her door. Her work is impeccable and dogs LOVE her. I’ve never met a dog who didn’t adore her. If you want someone who will not only provide amazing work but also treat your fur baby like her own, this is where you need to go. Her girls are also amazing, you can’t go wrong.

Love taking all 4 of my dogs and two of my daughter’s dogs to Dogtown. They come home beautifully groomed and smelling wonderful. Colleen usually grooms our pack and she’s always great to deal with. We always have a good experience. Love the photos they take too. It’s an extra special touch.

I have been taking my golden to Colleen since she first opened in Grimsby. I more than happily followed her to Jordan. My dog LOVES going there, and I can't even mention her name without him getting excited. He comes out beautifully groomed every time. This shop is run very efficiently and professionally. These ladies truly care about the pups they are taking care of, and it shows. So happy I found them!
