Creekside Estate Winery

I have made several online purchases of Creekside wines since the pandemic and the customer service has been 2nd to none! From correcting an error I made in ordering to refunding me for a leaky bottle, Creekside's staff has been cheerful, helpful - and the fix has been made immediately. A pleasure to deal with.

Firstly their wine is delicious - never had one I didn’t enjoy. Secondly, their wines have low sugar count for the most part which can be hard to find. Lastly, they have fantastic customer service. I bought their wine at the LCBO for years and now I buy direct from the winery for an even better experience. Highly recommend.

The outdoor patio is a great feature. The prepared charcuterie platter was excellent. When we asked about the differences between wines they provided samples and tasting notes. We liked it so much we bought a case of different wines. Will definitely be back.

Earlier this week myself and 3 friends booked a tasting at Creekside and it was one of the best experiences I've had in Niagara. First of all the staff at Creekside are so kind and welcoming. Our server was so knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions.

I have only drank their wines a few times in the past but it was great to be able to discover their whole portfolio. I will definitely be back for more!

We were so impressed with this winery. We visited for the first time today for a seated tasting. The staff member took very good care of us and talked in great detail about the wine. We were so impressed that we decided to have a glass of wine on the deck after our tasting. All the wines we sampled were absolutely delicious and the experience will make us want to come back year after year.
