Chartwell Orchards Retirement Residence

Recently, I had the pleasure of a tour at Chartwell Orchards to consider a placement for my mother. Although my mother is now being transferred to a long term care home, I would highly recommend the Orchards as it is a beautiful, clean and well run facility. Immediately when I entered, I was impressed. My meeting with Serena was beyond expectations, she was warm, caring and sincere, and answered all my questions. She showed true passion for her work and expressed sorrow and empathy when I gave her details regarding my mother's problems with her current assisted living home. She was even so kind as to visit my mother there and brought her a plant, knowing it was doubtful she would be able to move to the Orchards, which was way above and beyond. I believe this Retirement Residence would be a fantastic place for anyone and I am pleased to provide this review.

Beautiful location and facility, excellent food and lots of activities.

But the best thing about the Orchards is the amazing staff. They take wonderful care of their residents and that includes the families of the residents.

Superb facilities, all neat, clean and newly renovated. Friendly staff and great food. What more could one ask for?
