Unbelievable service

Broke down on the QEW, was assisted by Andrew and Jayne at J N E.... best service ever. Over the top customer service. Went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They forfeited a long haul tow, and bent over backwards to fix my car starter at the end of their business day, and wouldn’t even accept my tip! Generous people, so grateful for their help! After service like that, I wasn’t even mad that my car broke down.

Great experience with this company. Got referred to by a different more busier company at the time - which worked out very well in my favour.
I apologize - to the gentleman who picked me up in the red kenworth on thanksgiving monday- thank you. I can’t remember your name, but You were truly a gem. Prompt and respectable. Waited for me to get there when I didn’t have a phone. Just proper customer service all around. Also took extra care with my car.
Furthermore, whoever the receptionist was that was working that day was also extremely helpful, lovely, and understanding.
