I recently signed up for cable internet with NWIC and I have been really happy with their customer support and the speed of their service. Phil and the rest of the team did an amazing job coordinating the cable installation at our new home and personally delivered the modem on a weekend. I’m happy to support a local small business that provides such excellent service.
Extremely pleased with the customer service, the speed with which my service was installed, and the internet speed itself. I have already recommended NWIC to friends and family. The plus is the flexible packages that allow you to temporarily stop the service should you leave for holiday or install at a seasonal residence.
Although there was a bit of a time lag between my initial contact and action towards getting connected. I can only say that the service has been fantastic. The technician doing the installation took some extra time to locate the antenna in the best possible spot and the entire installation went smoothly. I have great internet and VoIP service no interruptions even during thunderstorms. As well there have been TWO follow up emails to check on the quality of service, this is unheard of in this industry. Thank NWIC!!
First of all, how nice to have my phone call answered on the second ring and have the person who answered the phone be able to help me without constantly putting me on hold. It was a pleasure to speak with Jordan who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered all my questions and had everything setup and verified via email in an hour. That was a Friday.
To my surprise, Cameron arrived on Monday to do the site check. I didn't expect a site check before Thursday or Friday. Earlier than expected...unusual and wonderful. Cameron was also very informative, professional and friendly.
On Tuesday, Matt arrived at his scheduled time to install. How nice to have a scheduled time rather than "sometime between 9am and 5pm". I won't name names. 🙃
Another fantastic member of the team. Matt too was professional, friendly and efficient. We were using and older router for the install and Matt advised us to purchase a new one. He explained the benefits and recommended one that he used personally. This was NOT a sales pitch for NWIC; they do not sell routers. We purchased it from another source.
On Thursday, l spoke with Josh from technical support to get some help connecting the new router. Once again, l was pleased to find Josh was also friendly, extremely helpful and, most importantly, PATIENT.
Three business days from my first phone call to install and connect, AMAZING.

VERY impressed!!! Ordered service through NWIC and the modem came a day later (Friday). I'm not the best with tech stuff so after hooking it up, I couldn't get a signal.
Emailed Phil on Saturday, and actually got a prompt reply. On a Saturday!
They set up an appointment for a tech to come and check the line Tuesday morning, which I said no rush, as I just plugged the previous providers back in.
Tech showed up on time, and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes.
Internet is much faster than I anticipated, and have absolutely no dead zones in the house. Very strong signal, on all our devices!
Lindsey emailed me a couple of times to ensure everything went smoothly, and that I was satisfied. They really do care, that your experience with them is a good one.
