(August 17, 2019, 12:12 pm)Overall a comfortable place to stay: clean, quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast can be a better variety. We stayed for 4 nights and breakfasts were all pretty much the same each day.
(July 24, 2019, 12:10 pm)I stayed here this past weekend and comparing my stay to years ago when under different management, I found that the quality was not as good. It is a great value and good location on the “we go” bus line to take you to the Falls and other attractions. It was clean and the manager friendly. My disappointment was in the mediocre breakfast for a B & B.
(July 2, 2017, 10:26 pm)This is my second time to Niagara Falls and decided to stay at the same B&B I stayed at last time. This time the owner changed, I had a same great experience as before and had another great experience again. The room was wonderful and accommodating. Ivy and Judy for they really do a great job hosting. The three course breakfast was always so delicious, filling and beautifully served. I'll always recommend this place if anyone is looking for a place to stay by the falls
