She was fast, precise and got me a better rate than "my company" who handles my business, home and auto insurance.
Needless to say, we are currently working on switching over to Melissa for the personal touch and effort I thought was gone from the Insurance industry.
Highly recommend!

I walked in there one afternoon just to get an idea of their rates compared to what I was paying; immediately I was greeted and seated with Joel, who was friendly, professional and able to give me a quote fairly quick. He was able to save me $250/month... that was with more coverage than my previous company and added tenant insurance! He was super helpful and responded quickly to all the questions I had via e-mail. I am still totally amazed with the service here.. thanks again!!
