The level of customer service, attention and willingness to assist that he has provided exceeded all of my expectations. He went above and beyond to clear a check for me before the weekend. He was proactive and immediately offered to contact the issuing bank for verification. He got it done. He should teach others how deal with customers in a friendly , patient and accommodating manner. GREAT JOB!!! He deserves a bonus!!!
