Friendly professional wouldn't thinh going anywhere else

This is in a convenient location for me and has a good selection of products. However the pharmacy is very disorganized. Every time I go to collect a prescription is is an issue. I call in ahead of time or order a refill online . I then call in to confirm that it's ready for pick up. When I go in they either can't find the refill or claim that I've already collected it. Eventually they locate it but the whole process is unnecessarily complicated and time consuming . They need to work on their processes or communication. Each time I go in now I'm anticipating a problem.

After arriving in Niagra Falls we realized we had left the key to my Mom's mobility scooter at home. Ten hours away. Originaly we intended to rent her a wheelchair and Tessa came to the rescue with a key for her scooter. She let us use it for the weekend and since we were leaving on a Monday offered to pick up the key at our hotel. This amazed me. You never see customer service like this in the US. Canada you've got a gem here!
