Working with Vince DiSante to design our residential addition HVAC design project was a smooth transactions. He did a wonderful job in very reasonable time. Vince is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer, which is not often that you find in a design company. I found him reliable, trustworthy & dependable & I highly recommend him without any hesitation to anyone that is in need of a HVAC design.

Review for DiSante Designs...

Being a neophyte to renovation… I knew the road would be rocky… but I did not anticipate it to be such a heart wrenching experience.
When I was informed by the Town of Oakville building department that I had to have an HVAC design done for the renovation by an individual with a BCIN designation I went to the internet & found DiSante Designs.

Not only did Vince DiSante arrest my initial fears:

• He was wonderful to collaborate with
• I found him reliable, trustworthy & dependable
• He made the stressful & challenging renovation less cumbersome
• His communication was clear & concise
• He acknowledged & understood the complexity of the work required for the renovation
• He took the time & explained what possible issues would arise & informed me ahead of time
• Vince was frank, honest, upfront & direct in communicating the drawbacks of the architect’s design in relation to HVAC systems. He said to gain this in the design unfortunately you will have to lose something else to get what you want
• Vince informed me of the deficiency in the architect’s work & that the standard protocol in a renovation was not done properly. This resulted in a closer look at the architect’s drawings. As a result more errors & red flags arose resulting in recruitment of another architect
• Vince gave me useful HVAC tips to pass on to the trades in the renovation
• He also informed me what could be reused in the present HVAC system to save money
• I felt relieved & comfortable in asking as many questions as I wanted until I understood the process.
• He actually took the time to actually listen & hear what I was asking

To Whom It May Concern:

I have faith & trust in Vince’s HVAC designs. In fact The Town of Oakville HVAC inspector noted Vince DiSante did good work. Compared to all the trades & professionals I dealt with Vince’s work was the one I trusted the most. I was surprised at the number of times the trades & some professionals said to me just send me the drawings. Vince actually showed up to see the job.

In summary:

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Vince DiSante again. I would highly recommend him for other renovations projects. I don’t normally put my reputation on the line but Vince’s obvious care for my project & outcome made this recommendation possible
