Eicon Property Management

We changed property managers to Eicon a little over a year ago. Jeff and his team, including our property manager Daulton, are professional throughout and a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our choice.

I recently bought a unit in a building managed by Jeff and he has made the transition seamless. He has been easy to reach whenever I have questions. Jeff worked very quickly when I asked him to provide information about the building that helped me secure my condo. I am very happy to call my building home now as it is one of the most sought after buildings in St. Catharines because it is so attentively taken care of.

Jeff has managed our condo property for a number of years. He is professional, courteous, and endeavours to return calls as soon as possible. Jeff is compassionate to homeowners who may face difficult situations with either his company's expertise or sometimes lend a voice of experience.

Jeff (Eicon Property) has been our property manager large condo for the past 8 years and have found him to be very professional in all aspects in looking after our property. He has made several upgrades in the safety standards, and cosmic look of our building. He is very professional and friendly.

Eicon manages our condo complex and we have received excellent service. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with immediately. Jeff is very friendly and accessible. Very pleased with their services.

Jeff from Eicon has been the property manager at our building for a couple years now. The building was in rough shape when he started.
