    Liked the upgraded rooms. Really nice and spacious. We had a king bed city view room. The Milestones is also a plus. You can see the falls from there. Waitress was very nice. The TV had comedy network and I watched the Office so I was ecstatic. The only downfall was the wait for the elevators. We were on the 9th floor so we just walked up when it looked busy.

    I had an amazing view from my 29th story window. The hotel is well situated. The bathroom had a large whirlpool tub with a spacious shower. My bed was super comfortable. I loved having Starbucks right downstairs. I'd definitely stay here again.

    Perfect for us.
    Location is central.
    Parking is easy ($35 -$40 per night).
    Staff is friendly and helpful. Always there to answer our questions and give us extra supplies like shampoo and pillows.
    Room is spacious, modern and clean.
    The bathroom in room 1202 was small.
    Bed was so comfortable.
    Complimentary water, tea and coffee.
    Great view.
    Bedside lamps have a plug to charge your phone.
    Highly recommended!

    Awesome! Amazing! Best view of the falls! So polite and so fast! The room we had was amazing! The view breath taking! I can’t wait to bring the kids next time!

    Excellent hotel. Incredible view of the falls. Very friendly staff. Elevators can be slow. Pool looked nice but I didn't go on. Close to restaurants and casino. I look forward to returning back to this hotel.
