A bit expensive, but not terrible given it's in a big tourist location (everything is expensive). There was just one vegetarian option - and it wasn't a salad. I got a delicious salad, but even asking for it without chicken it still cost me the same price. The salad was, as I said, fabulous and well dressed - not too little nor too much dressing. I appreciated that it was tossed with the dressing already and didn't come with a little cup of dressing.
My husband got a burger, it was good, not over or underdone, just a solid burger.
Another person had a steak and shrimp - the steak was overdone (ordered medium rare, came medium well). The barbecue shrimp was okay - shrimp a bit chewy almost rubbery (probably slightly overcooked), but flavorful with the barbecue. The vegetables that came with the fish seemed steamed more than anything and weren't very good.
The kid's buttered pasta wasn't good - both lacking in flavor (not even tasting of butter and salt) and the pasta had an odd taste to them. Fries were good.
The kid's chicken nuggets were great. Adorable little dinosaur shapes which pleased my kid immensely! Fresh fruit was good.
Due to the randomness of good food versus meh food, I gave this place 3 stars. Service was good and friendly which helped keep it at 3 stars.
Listen, it’s expensive, yes. Not horrible. But for what you get, yes. But you pay for the ambiance. This place is a well oiled machine. Our server was amazing. You can tell these people are going out of their way to ensure a good experience and I can appreciate that but I feel like the food isn’t worth the hype at all. I wouldn’t go back for the food. Glad we went so I can say I did. But if they focused more on the taste and quality they truly would have a 5 star dining service, for children. Although there were many tables of 6-10 adults and no children present. And yes there was an hour wait to get in although they’re happy to accept your money at the attached arcade. that’s better than having everyone wait in an empty room I guess. It’s not the falls if you aren’t surrounded in money sucking machines.
I loved the food, the staff ( genuinely friendly and not for tips ). Great food, great environment, and great desert. The prices reflect this.. Oh, and ask for tipping?? Well, they add this to your bill automatically ( what we were told at the time of payment ). So, you've got no control over how much you tip. Great place, and I'll be back.. I loved that thunder sound effects ( rain forest ).
Had birthday dinner with the family. The food is no bad (try the fish taco its great) but the prices are a little bit more than what we expected. Would definitely go back again but maybe order different things. The place was super clean and the service is amazing.. So it's not all bad.
