Serenity Spa by the Falls

Really wonderful massage!! Husband and I both loved ours and the ladies were so nice!! It was expensive but you expect that when you come to niagara.

Both my wife, and I got amazing massages when we visited Serenity. Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice relaxing massage.

Had a really nice body scrub and facial from katerina. I really enjoyed it.
I didnt enjoy the new tax on my bill and I didnt notice until I was done. I'm not aware of the new law but dont people from around the area not have to pay? I probably wont be back because of this. We paid the tax on our hotel stay our restaurant visit and spa visit. We are from the next city over. No reflection on katerina though.

I booked for my mother for her birthday and she was so thrilled with the service!
Reception was friendly and patient- so kind and helpful not to mention bubbly and a pleasure to talk to- she said she was new but you wouldn’t know it!
Her massage therapist (Alisha) was amazingly friendly and sweet, the aesthetician that did her facial (Katerina) was very well informed on products and also very friendly and both were so well trained! My mother wishes she could go back every day and I wish I could join her! Amazing amazing amazing we will be back one day!! This spa made her trip perfect and it will be the only spa we go to when we come to Niagara!
