Breathtaking view of the horseshoe falls! Standing over the water as it spills over the edge was mesmerizing. Photos could never capture the beauty because sound must accompany it to be appreciated.
Great place to take photos of the Niagara falls. Although there are many many people in front to take photos so I recommend coming here early in the morning. There were hardly anyone at 8am. Downstairs of the welcome centre there is also journey behind the falls which I highly recommend! More than the hornblower cruise. It's just spectacular! Also the chicken & pizza place on the ground floor here was pretty good!
Right on the falls. Includes ticket booths for several attractions through the Niagara Park Service, food vendors with seating to enjoy your meal, and a newly updated gift shop and table service restaurant. Enjoyed everything but the table service restaurant, but the view looked to be amazing from there. A little on the pricey but Niagara Falls is a touristy area so that isn't too surprising. Clean.
I really appreciate for what Emily and her manager did. We had a trouble with the voucher. But, she handled well and made us feel comfortable.
And there is a nice gift shop and a restaurant. :>
This Welcome Centre is packed full of stuff. They have a Tim Horton's, gift shops, candy store, and restaurants. This is were you do the Journey Behind the Falls tour. We also picked up our attraction packages we got on Groupon. They were doing some construction while we were there but I bet mid summer the grounds are amazing and full of flowers. This may be the best place to get up close pictures of the Falls.
