The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Fallsview/Embassy Suites

Great food and great service. The staff was very accommodating and we had a nice, relaxed eating experience watching the Falls.

I had the prime rib and my friend had half rack of ribs. The prime rib + jus was a delight and came with a little horseradish to add a nice kick. The ribs were easily fall-off-the-bone and my friend regretted not getting a full rack. He was full, but they were really good.

What a way to dine in by the falls on the 4th of July!
The firework display plus the illuminated falls were really spectacular.
Reservation at 8 pm is just right for the firework show! Food is good but served after an hour. Not bad for a full-packed restaurant.

I agree it is a bit loud but I am okay with it. I think I am loud myself. LOL!

Did I mention the complimentary valet parking? Superb!

My family specially my kids enjoyed the dining experience.

Great place to eat, would recommend calling ahead of time and placing a reservation. We didn’t have to wait long but if you are looking for a decently quiet place to enjoy dinner and conversation, this is not it. It was unbelievably loud. A lot louder than other Keg restaurants I have visited but this was our only option as we chose to eat around this area last minute. The food was great and our waitress was amazing. I do have to say that the waitresses who greet you at the front could be warmer and nicer. One of them just told us to wait at the side and someone would help us. There was very little “hi how are you, welcome to the keg, table for two?......”

The food and our server Lori P. were fantastic! Where they fell short and why I gave them a 3 instead of a 5 was due to the hostess and the 4 other people at the reservation desk. No one greeted us. The two people that were immediately at the door/ hostess station when you walked in, should have greeted us but were all consumed in putting up a sign. After continuing to wait she still didn’t acknowledge us or that we had been waiting, until I asked her could someone assist with my reservation. She pushed me off on the other 4 people 5 feet away that then told me they have limited capabilities and that she would have to take care of it and I was again waiting. When we did get seated there were open tables by the windows but apparently it’s not really a first come first serve basis as stated, it’s first come first serve added to a list at the Keg, that has nothing to do with the reservation you make online so don’t bother doing that. My advice for them would be to train your people in the front of the house, updating a reservation isn’t rocket science or in this case I just wanted to know could we be seated earlier, if your knowledge and capabilities can’t handle that should you really be up front where customers will often ask questions? I should never have gotten that response. The staff on the floor were friendly and knowledgeable about both the food and the area.. it was appreciated.
