I have been with Force Security for over 15 years. Recently I had problems with my rural telephone land line that was finally resolved by the phone company (after a few attempts) after which Force Security’s service staff came out to the house to restore my alarm monitoring status and to make sure everything was in working order. In the past I’ve had my battery replaced as well as my smoke detectors which was all covered by my service agreement. Thanks go out to Mark and his staff for making sure that my family and I are safe and secure and treated like V.I.P.s

I have been with Force Security for over 10 years. Whenever I have a concern it is dealt with immediately. Whether it is with the office staff or the service department. Mark and his team go over and above ensuring customer satisfaction. Recently I had new windows installed and the job was not completed until late on a Friday evening. I was concerned and felt very vulnerable that the windows would be unarmed while sleeping and over the weekend. Mark personally came out to the house and connected the alarms and ensured everything was in working order. We could sleep at night knowing we were protected. Having the security of the monitoring system is comforting knowing that if there is an occurrence we are contacted immediately. I was changing the battery on one of my wireless alarms and was contacted within 10 seconds from the monitoring system that someone was tampering with that particular zone.
