Dave and Steph were really helpful when I was looking for a house to buy. The biggest thing about someone you work with is trust. There was a house listed well above what it should have been, they could have said it was a good price and I would have made the offer and bought it. But they looked into comparisons, were honest about what the house should have been at, and I didn't buy the house because of that. Eventually I found one that was even better with a more realistic asking price and am much happier for it. They were very accommodating with my difficult work schedule; my house closed four days ago and I still haven't seen it in the light.. they were really good with seeing houses when I could get there. They also helped fix up a few things after it closed because I would not have been able to. I already have, and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
