One thing I REALLY like is that all the pieces of fabric you order has all of the edges serged. SO much better than my old method of masking tape. Another is the speed at getting what you order and the offer of after-sale follow up if you have any problems. I did not experience any problem but it is nice to have that offer for on-line purchases.
