I have been going to the prenatal yoga class since the end of my first trimester and have been loving every class! Andrea is very understanding to the changes and challenges that a pregnant women's body goes through and finds ways to adapt a class if needed. Andrea also keeps each class different, focusing on areas of the body and mind to help you through ones pregnancy journey. Her tips and suggestions are super helpful, espically as this is my first pregnancy. I find myself always looking forward to attending a session, which is hard to do when you are pregnant, tired and sore. I would strongly recommend mama bear wellness classes to anyone and can't wait to start mom and baby classes with Andrea!
Andrea creates the most welcoming environment for all new moms and their babies. I gained strength back quickly through Barre and yoga after my C-section while getting to bond with my baby and meet other moms in a friendly, warm, welcoming environment! Love the fitness challenge as well as the kind words spoken each week within the group! Andrea also arranges opportunities to learn so that we can parent with confidence ! Highly recommend to all new/expecting mamas to become a part of the space that Andrea is creating for moms in Niagara! I can’t say enough good things about it! Total game changer in improving my mobility, mood, and maternity leave experience over all!
As a complete amateur in yoga (and pregnant - yay balance..) I truly enjoyed the pace of this class. I enjoy that we are given different variations to accommodate our skill, our bodies and our balance. This class is very intimate and relaxing, and gives me something to look forward every week. Highly recommend the prenatal yoga. ????????
Andrea's baby wearing barre class was the perfect fit for me! I wanted an exercise program that my babe and I could do together and have loved every class! It's a great way to get out and meet other moms, is extremely affordable and a great workout. Andrea is personable and does a great job of balancing the needs of the babes with getting the workout done!
My little one and I have been taking Andrea's Baby Barre classes for the past 3 months. She offers a welcoming space for you and your child to bond together and meet other moms and babies. Her barre class is an awesome workout and can be adapted to whatever level of fitness you are at by adding more challenging moves or by simply taking a break when you just can't do another calf raise. I would recommend this to any mom and baby duo out there - it's worth it whether you want a good work out or you just need to get out of the house for an hour and socialize!
