Milestone Millwork

Kitchen installed Jan 2016. Beautiful kitchen, the Kitchen designer Amanda was awesome. However, have a few things that where not done properly at installation and only found as time went on. Within 6 months, one upper cabinet door warped and had to be replaced. Last fall, happened to find that 3 crown mouldings sections where not fixed to cabinets (just sitting on top in the place they were to be secured) and 2 others where only temporarily secured and pulling away from where they meet the ceiling. Service tech returned back to secure-he was great. Fortunately no charge as it was not done at installation. I have one Upper cabinet (corner) with a glass door. The holes to move the upper shelf are on one side only-therefore the self cannot be adjusted as intended. The bottom shelf of the same cabinet is fixed, but still has holes (on one side only again-and unfortunately the side visible through the glass door). Have waited >4 months to receive a call that replacement small kick plate is ready.
