I bought a guitar from them and all my gear.

The owner seems very nice.

There is another sales person who is not the most helpful.

I would probably buy more when Im in getting supplies; strings etc.

I feel rushed by the salesman st times.

I had to return the first guitar as there was several scratch (Display Model)

I brought it back .

Upgraded to a model up

Overall, i got a good price on the guitar.

Guitar did not come with original box.

I was a little disappointed with the customer service.

I will likely try to continue to shop there. As I do like to support small businesses.

The kind owner or manager who seems to be a much more pleasant fellow should give Customer Service training to the not so pleasant sales associate who I usually deal with
