Great customer service and pricing
We went to leave on a trip with our trailer and noticed the day before we left that my F350 had a completely broken leaf spring! I called my mechanic friend who immediately said to go to Niagara Spring. "They'll have everything you need in stock for that repair" he said. So bright and early Monday morning we went and arrived as they were opening. I explained our plight and Darryl took us in right away. Within a couple hours we were all fixed and the bill was very reasonable!! (By the way; while waiting for the repair we went for a short walk to "Dad's" restaurant just down the street and had an outstanding breakfast!). We were then able to leave on our trip just after noon that same day and arrived home 4500 km later with no issues with our suspension pulling a pretty heavy 5th wheel trailer! I highly recommend Niagara Spring for friendly reliable service and a job very well done. Thank-you!!

The lobby is a little dingy but don't let that fool you these guys know their stuff. They got us on our way and on budget quickly. I'm at Avid do-it-yourselfer but when it comes to Springs I don't even bother because these guys do it for a great price.
