Chantal is an excellent manager and groomer. I have been to other groomers in the past and she is by far the best. She treats your pets as if they are her own. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Very effective, friendly and quick email customer service. They price match as well. Bought a few sick fish from here but they solved the issue quickly. Thankfully my whole tank didn't crash so far. I'll see what happens. Will definitely stay as a repeat customer but will not be purchasing animals from here.

We took our dog for grooming at the Niagara location. Our dog is very timid and fearful so we made sure they were aware (she also hates water and is terrified of the dryer!) Sheri did a great job of reassuring her and making sure she was calm. Her hair cut was awesome and we were incredibly pleased with the whole experience.

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Chantal D. Is the best groomer hands down. She is so caring and gentle with the dogs. She is absolutely the best. I travel from St. Catharines to NF just for her to groom our Ozzie and he loves her! Would recommend her to anyone!
