Last August my new truck broke down with only 30,000 miles on it. My rear differential had gone and Mascot were not standing behind their product. Mike Adelstein and Jarrod Greene stepped in and worked hard over several months to get Mascot to honour their warranty. In December Mascot finally issued a cheque. Had it not been for Mike and Jarrod, I'm sure this would never have got resolved. I would definitely deal with Premier truck group again as they stand behind the products they sell and the customers they sell to.

We received extraordinary service at Premier Truck Group’s Niagara Falls, Ontario location in July 2018 afterwe experienced a rear airbag failure on our 2015 Fleetwood Discovery. The friendly and efficient service we received from Jeffrey Thompson, Erica, and the rest of the crew there was exemplary. They went out of their way to minimize the ancillary expense and disruption to our schedule, obtained the part, completed the repair, and cleared a recall item we didn’t even know about. Highly recommended.
