I went to the Canada one Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory located in Niagara Falls. I always drop into this location when I am in Niagara. This is one of my favourite stores, Wes the manager was so welcoming and greeted us immediately. Everything was so meticulously put together and of course you end up spending 3 times what you originally intended. The chocolate and selection is out of the world. I especially enjoy the chocolate coconut apples and the boxed sweets. Wes is a true chocolatier and has such a natural ability when creating his selection. Everything is divine and well worth the drive to Niagara.

A friend and I stopped in simply to buy a chocolate or two and were blown away by the service. The chef/baker who was working at the time was incredibly kind! Being a young person, I am often greeting with poor service at higher end places such as these but he was incredibly sweet, no pun intended. The chocolate is divine and the chocolate&caramel covered pretzels are to die for.

Dealing with Wes at ROCKY ROAD CHOCOLATE FACTORY was an amazing experience!! We required over 100 chocolate dipped pretzels for party favours for our fundraiser with very little notice. Not only did they make the impossible happen but they individually wrapped each one for us. The staff is always super pleasant and helpful and everything is freshly made. I highly recommend them to create a unique party favour for weddings baptisms or even fundraisers. Thank you Wes for always being wonderful to deal with.
