(April 24, 2021, 12:18 am)Friendly staff, the lady at the door made sure I have everything I need (documents & km reading) while doing the screening. 30minutes wait time to renew plate stickers for 2 cars. Not bad since only 2 customers are allowed inside at a time.

(September 25, 2020, 6:49 pm)I didn’t feel right scoring them down for the wait time. Service Ontario is always busy and especially with corona I didn’t want to. That being said, I waited about 2 hours today to get in, the gentleman outside was incredibly polite and helpful making sure every one had the right documents they needed before they got in. And the organization they had going inside was very well done. Properly social distanced, the lady I talked with today was incredibly polite, and incredibly helpful, even gave me tips for buying my next used car. Just be patient and treat every one with the respect you want.
